Return/Refund and Policy

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Any requests to change an order must be done within a 24 hr time frame after your inclusion is received. Once the 24 hr time frame has passed we do allow changes until your piece has been started (for an additional fee), please contact us to inquire about changes you wish to make. We order all settings after the 24 hour time frame. If a change of size is needed for Sterling silver and rose gold plated only a $25 fee will be applied after the 24hrs. This is due to ordering each setting individually, we do not keep a stock in hand.




LIABILITY POLICY:

Please be aware that by purchasing from Destiny's AfterLife Jewelry and sending in your inclusions that you give and are freeing permission to Destiny's AfterLife Jewelry, owner, Destiny Hall, and all estate and associates of Destiny Hall from any liability of your inclusions. We recommend that you DO NOT send the very last of any of your inclusions and that you reserve some at home. For inclusions that you send we are released from ALL LIABILITY or legal pursuit for any accidents or loss to your inclusions including a fire, flood, studio robbery, Act of God, or other accidents. Your order and sending of inclusions submits your agreement and understanding of this policy. You are also agreeing that your inclusion and pieces may be used for marketing purposes.




Refund Policy/Return:

DUE TO EACH AND EVERY PIECE BEING HANDCRAFTED AND SPECIALLY MADE FOR YOU, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER YOU MUST BE 100% ON YOUR RING SIZE BEFORE ORDERING AS THIS CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE CHANGED AFTER SUBMITTING PAYMENT. The ONLY changes applicable will NEED to be submitted within 5 days after purchase and this is ONLY FOR YOUR CHOICE OF COLOR. If you submitted a purchase all sales are final. The one and only exception is the 5 day grace period we will grant to change your choice of color if needed. Please understand that the colors WILL NOT BE EXACT DUE TO REMAINS ALL BEING UNIQUE AND CAN SLIGHTLY AFFECT THE COLOR. You must also understand that each piece is handcrafted for you and will not be 100% flawless due to customization for you. If you are unsatisfied with your custom jewelry, please contact us within the same day you received your piece and each resolution we need to resolve for you will be dealt with professionally and on a case by case basis. Please be specific and send clear photos to our email at destinysafterlifejewelry.com. We must know same day your receive your jewelry and if we determine that we have made a mistake in your custom piece YOU MUST SHIP YOUR PIECE BACK AND WE MUST RECIEVE YOUR PIECE BACK WITHIN 5 DAYS OR WE CANNOT RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE. You will be responsible for paying shipping to us. We DO NOT offer any refunds.


STONE RING RESETTING OR REPLACEMENT:

If your inclusion stone falls out of your ring setting and you are able to locate the stone, we will repair it for free within 30 days from the time you received your original order (you are responsible for any shipping charges). After the 30 day mark a $15 (plus shipping) resetting fee will be in place even if you still have the original stone. If the stone is lost we can make and set a new stone.
Please contact us through email at support@destinysafterlifejewelry.com for any stone resetting or replacement issues. You are responsible for shipping the jewelry and any costs associated with shipping.
